​Refund & Cancellation Policy

HB Wellbeing Solutions is committed to providing high-quality corporate wellbeing services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

1. Trainings and Corporate Wellbeing Programs

​

  • Once a booking is confirmed and an agreement is signed, a deposit or full payment (as outlined in the service agreement) is required to secure your date and initiate planning.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 calendar days in advance may be eligible for a 50% refund, minus any administrative or preparatory costs incurred.

  • Cancellations made within 14 calendar days of the scheduled delivery date are non-refundable.

  • We offer one opportunity to reschedule the training or program, provided at least 7 calendar days’ notice is given. Rescheduling is subject to facilitator availability and must be agreed upon in writing.

  • No refunds will be issued for non-attendance on the confirmed date without prior agreement.

2. Wellbeing Audits & Staff Surveys

​

  • Wellbeing audits and staff surveys are tailored services requiring significant time and planning.

  • Once the design and setup process has begun, payments are considered non-refundable.

  • If a client cancels before delivery of the audit or survey, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of HB Wellbeing Solutions, minus any administrative and preparatory costs.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10 working days via the original payment method.
